The story of Esther

King Ahashuverosh... queen Esther... chief advisor Haman... Mordechai...any of these names ring a bell?

How about Xerxes? The god-king in "300", you say? Well, we all know he was Persian. But 'Ahashuverosh' was his Jewish name...bet you didn't know that huh? :P

I wouldn't have know either if I weren't the narrator in the musical "Esther".

Last year, we did a 30min showcase of songs from the musical at the Epslanade concourse.
