Last year, French director Gregory Morin shot an apparently bloody, gory and explosive action-horror short movie, beautifully named Paris by Night of the Living Dead. This degenerated love story set in a post-apocalyptic Paris full of Zombies, is still in post-production, and the first footage of the movie (it's actually an animated gif) was put online a few hours ago.
Last night, I was turning with nostalgia and sadness, the pages of some old issues of "Kumite", a magazine which just disappeared (check out the Kumite is Dead entry) and realized that the first Hong Kong artist I interviewed in my life, was Josie Ho 何超儀.
I've just learned that some short documentaries that I did a while ago, will finally be released on DVD by Pathe Distribution in their Asian Star DVD collection, on March 26th, 2008 :

- Le Rebelle de Hong Kong : Pang Ho-cheung 彭浩翔 ,interview about AV (13 minutes)

For months, my Maggie Q interview excerpt about Naked Weapon 赤裸特工was my most viewed video on Youtube until now. Indeed, my Edison Cheninterview about I nfernal Affairs 2 無間道II, posted seven months ago just became number one (one or two days ago I think).
Actually, this video was watched around 175 000 times the last three weeks - It’s also my most discussed video with more than 220 comments - which is understandable considering the recent mediatic events related to this actor, plus the eye-catching title o...Read more
I've just learned that Lydia Shum 沈殿霞(a.k.a. Fei Fei) passed away today. She was mostly known for her TV shows like Enjoy Yourself Tonight, but I think she was also a very important figure of teenage Hong Kong movies in the late 60's, which I watched a lot when I started to prepare my documentary proje...Read more
