People often ask me how many instruments I play, so for the first time I'm going to try listing them all.

Primary: Clarinet and Piano

Secondary: Guitar and various small hand percussion instruments. Used to play mallet keyboards in high school marching band.

My collection of ethnic woodwinds includes: Bawu & Hulusi (from China), Pennywhistles, recorders, kazoos, Ocarina, Peruvian Quena

Instruments I suck at:

Took 3 months of violin when I was 13 but quit b/c I was so awful and wanted to focus on clarinet. But I did play violin once on a horror film where I played a lot of awful sounds on purpose.

Also took a semester of harp in college and could play some basic tunes. I also took a semester each of guzheng (Chinese zither) and erhu (Chinese violin).
