If they can arrest people in the USA for having "met with suspected terrorists" then there is no reason why you couldn't unwillingly set yourself up just by being in the same image. And with CPU and bandwidth getting ever faster, processing ALL this information is not an impossibility. Information is power. Why make it so easy for other people to have power over you.
