博多有兩大名鍋,一是用上地雞的水炊鍋,另一就是牛腸鍋(もつ鍋)。第一天在福崗,就吃此品。 以味噌湯做底,放進大量椰菜及韭莱,以辣椒及芝麻調味。滾煮的時候,牛大腸的油份滲進菜中,又香又好吃。 最後再放九州麵去煮來吃,飽足美味。
