香港遊樂場協會 "夜軌"葵青深霄夜展服務 Parkour 同樂日

於09年5月23日, 飛躍道與香港遊樂場協會 合作, 舉行了一個Parkour 工作坊。

主要是為推廣Parkour 給予新一代, 除介紹Parkour的歷史外、讓他們體驗和練習Parkour, 教授基本的訓練方法外, 更灌輸一些Parkour的信念。

學員們表現非常出色, 投入, 而且勇於參與。

23th,May,2009, HKPA(Hong Kong Parkour Association) did a Parkour funday for the HKPA(Hong Kong Playground Association).

We introduce Parkour to the youth, share the history, skill, philosophy, thinking and train with them.

All the students are doing good, they enjoy in the workshop!
