Initmate Enemies 親密敵人 - Xu Jinglei's new film

I just filmed a few scenes on Xu Jinglei's new film called Intimate Enemies 親密敵人.  She is one of the top mainland female actresses and also has had huge success directing.  Her most recent film Go Lala Go has been a  run away hit since it opened April 15th.  It also stars Stanley Huang who is a hip-hop idol.Same leads. More dramatic plots. Those are the reasons why director Xu Jinglei has called her new film an updated version of her office romance drama " Go Lala Go!".  She set the new film in the financial industry and it will touch on such topics as takeovers and takeover defenses. They are aiming for release end of this year. 

I play a hard-hitting British business woman named Catherine Balsom who is involved in the takeover intrigue. Again an excellent team is signed on, including Jason Kwan as cinematographer, who I got to work with in Macau a few months ago.  I speak English is this film, but because I speak Mandarin, I took all my direction in Chinese.  This was a first for me and it was so great that I want to work on more mainland or Taiwanese films soon.
