Julia Burns - new project in the works

I have been asked by two different people to contact Julia to perform in her next work, but unfortunately I'm out of town and won't be able to participate in this very cool performance art piece.  It will be held at Osage Gallery in Kwun Tong, July 23-27, go to see it if you can. 

"Her work has approached issues regarding Privacy and Internet Surveillancing, Status Anxiety, Indigenous and Gay Rights issues, and Loneliness.

              She uses a combination of staged performance and 

interactive installations in real settings to create an image of the current state of society and how we could make it better. She hopes that her artworks will give people company in their doubts and fears, to stimulate them to take action to protect their rights and to make them feel that they are not alone."
