Snaps from when I took the Canadian @katieshim prata-scoffing, thrift-shopping, railway-hopping, and semi getting escorted out of Botanic Gardens after dark ? Katie was an exchange student at WKW a couple of years ago when she was still in college at Ryerson University in Toronto, and ever since then we’ve been following each other’s growth and passion pursuits with help from social media. It’s just so cool to know that even though we live on opposite sides of the ? we both understand how it feels like to be in your element & actively pursue it, and can have conversations about the most nebulous feelings that make us fundamentally human. It’s amazing how sometimes it feels like the universe sends you the right person at the right time.
