‘Tis the season!

Although it’s quite warm outside for the middle of December (18 degrees!!!), you can’t help but notice that Christmas is definitely around the corner. Whether it be the decoration (sometimes very tacky) you see everywhere, or the millionth time you hear jingle bells in the most unusual of places (a hole in the wall bike repair place), chestnuts being sold on the street corners, or a family relative coming to visit, its high time you put on your santa hat (figuratively speaking) and suck on that christmas cane!  Ho Ho Ho

island6 has its own little bit of christmas cheer, this year with a fully erect Christmas tree (no pun intended!) that can be marveled at by the gallery visitors.

While carefully building it, christmas music was played in the background, and the smiling and talkative visitors that came couldnt but help strike up a few words.

The only thing missing from the tree are all the lights and ornaments. That will have to wait until the whole team is back and it gets closer to the 24th.
