*Hummer hits cyclist. Officer Cho sympathizes with the driver
A hummer with no plates hits a cyclist, then speeds off. Cyclists chase him, hummer runs over 3 more bikes (photo available). LAPD officer Cho stops hummer, lets him go, saying "if it had been me with my family in that car, I’d have done the same thing, and I carry a gun in my car..."
