Only 25 signed limited edition prints by  CYRCLE available!

Cyrcle’s artworks in  “WORK IN PROGRESS” are the first of an ongoing series Cyrcle is introducing to the public, titled  “CAPTURE THE FLAG: THE DOMESTICATION OF ALL THINGS!” In this series,  Cyrcle is dissecting the timeless struggle of nations.  They are looking at America through the mythology of the Cowboy and the Indian, a great duality within American history.  The work embodies themes of liberation and inspiration. America itself is a work in progress.   Cyrcle’s work is a reflection of the way this generation is pushing for a new world, and a society that thrives and feeds off of creativity and forward thinking.  Progression through evolution.  More specifically, they are redefining the concept of America and what it is to be an American.  “There is no I in the America we know- we spell it  AMERYCA, suggesting cooperation over competition.”   –  Cyrcle

Exclusive original artworks by world-acclaimed Portuguese artist,  Vhils, available for the first time in Hong Kong! Only 12 pieces available from his Shanghai series.   Vhils’ etched portraits can never be quite complete. While he captures asecond in time, his portraits must be continually morphing to capture the current moment.  No artist can capture the fullness of a human life, especially of a life they have not experienced, but  Vhils captures the essence of his subjects, and the complex layers of their lives. While their lives might be a work in progress, their portraits show them at a poignant pause in the process.  The relationships between generations and their cities are also captured mid progression, peeled back like the layers of a building.  Each person has a unique relationship to his or her community, and the difference between generations shows how society has changed over time.  Vhils is interested in how cities are reflected in the lives of their citizens, and the intimate relationship between a city-dweller and their city environment.
