I’m a foodie, not a chef. I’m not very creative when it comes to cooking. I can follow recipes or even better, “assemble” dishes. This post is of the latter, one of my favorite comfort dishes that mom still makes to greet me when I come home to visit. “Al ( ahl) Bap ( bop)” – literally translated from Korean to English as “egg rice”. And that is exactly what it is…loads of different types of fish eggs, uni and other delicious, yet simple ingredients that make the eggs even MORE tasty (and the caviar POPs in your mouth!). It’s super easy to assemble, just follow the diagrams and don’t leave anything out! (all ingredients can be found at your local Asian market).
