PARIS PICKUPS.

Had to pick up a few things while in Paris of course. My friends always laugh at the things I buy when I travel. Yes, I’ll be known to buy some socks and undershirts while abroad. Why? Because when I’m home in NYC, I have no time to do such things. When I travel, there might be some down time so I will take that opportunity to make some necessary purchases…in addition to some indulgent pick ups of course. Anyway, that’s why you might see some odd things like a pack of oatmeal or some shaving cream…haha…パリ滞在中にもちろん買い物をしました。友人は僕が旅先で買うものをいつも笑います。そう、僕は海外で靴下や下着を買うことで知られています。なぜって？地元のニューヨークではそんな事をする暇がないから。旅をしている間、自由な時間が取れる場合があるので、そのときに必需品を買います．．．もちろん、奮発して買うものもあります。だからオートミールの袋やシェービングクリームのような不思議な物が見られます．．．笑。

One of my favorite lunch spots in Paris is Rose Bakery. So why not pick up the cook book and try to replicate some of the dishes? What I didn’t realize was that the book includes the inspiring story of how Rose Carrarini began her humble business. Pigalle…one of the coolest shops in Paris. I love their logo. Pigalle．．．パリの中でも指折りのショップ。ロゴが大好きです。

Another great shopping experience in Paris is the shop, Merci. パリでとてもいいショッピングが出来るお店、Merci。

They make of the best candles with Annick Goutal…Annick Goutalと出しているキャンドルが最高です。

Nike Lunarwood Black. One of the best kicks from last winter (by way of WoodWood) comes back in an all black rendition. Dope. Nike Lunarwood Black。去年の冬に出た最高のキックス（WoodWood提供）がブラックで復活。ドープ。

The best Macaroons in the world. Laduree. 世界で一番のマカロン。Laduree。

Lacoste’s special collection done by Christophe Lemaire. Light years better than what you get in the States. Christophe Lemaireのラコステスペシャルコレクション。アメリカで買えるものと比べて何億光年先を行っています。

and last but not least…shaving cream. Or more precisely, shaving serum by Aesop. The best low-foam shaving agent you can buy. If you like foamy, then stick old school Barbisol which I also love. 最後に．．．シェービングクリーム。正確にはAesopのシェービングセラム。泡立ちが少ないシェービングクリームでは一番。泡いっぱいが好きな人は、こちらむ僕のお気に入りのオールドスクールのBarbisolがお勧め。
