Just completed my last personal training session with @jumbogymbo and he really tortured my legs & arms! (Look at those biceps! His not mine ?)
These few months of training with @jumbogymbo has been great as he really helped my body get stronger and leaner with his intensive workouts. I'm always aching like crazy immediately after. No pain no gain right?
I could really feel myself getting stronger after each session. Time to keep up the training on my own and burn those calories! ???
