Absolute Boyfriend

This was originally a comic/manga series which was released some time ago.  Was pretty happy to find the manga 'come to life' into a drama series online as shared by Raina.

Although the setting/background of the characters differ from the manga (e.g. In the manga it's based in a school/students setting; whereas in the drama, the characters are working adults in a confectionary/bakery company called Asamoto), it's still pretty touching and the characters are palatable enough to watch. Come to think of it Asamoto sounds like a real company's brand, wonder if it is.

Basic Storyline:  A  single lonely girl got involved with Kronos Heaven which is a company that secretly testing out a prototype, Nightly Series 01. It has all the qualities a girl wants in a boyfriend be it character or looks wise, hence the title Absolute Boyfriend/Zettai Karashi (The chinese manga title is Jue2 Dui4 Nan2 You3, sorry dun have chinese writer program). Initially  the gal was apprehensive about this 'perfect robot boyfriend', however  he moves her with his love whereby the emotions have developed in a complex way, unlike a robot, i.e he has his own will. In the meantime, feelings grew between the boss of the gal and her also (in the manga, it was the girl's neighbour). Hence the girl have to choose between her 'perfect boyfriend' but is afterall a robot, or the guy who likes her.
