EARTHQUAKE Tremors Felt!

Double quakes 7.9 on the Richter scale at West Coast of Sumatra islands....the Tsunami alert was sounded in Indonesia...Tremors felt all the way to Thailand.

Was just putting my dinner bowl into the basin when my brother Greg said "Did you feel earthquake?" Then i felt a giddy sensation, apparently the ground of my apartment building was moving with the tremors...it lasted for very long....we started telling each other to go downstairs ASAP (we stay on the 15th floor). And Greg was already pressing the lift to go down. Yes ppl say take the stairs...but by the time u climb down 15 storeys, think the blding would have perhaps collapsed (Touch Wood) :P So while we were in the lift, we could feel the lift WOBBLING as well!!!! Guess our lives were hung literally by a line or some lines perhaps....

Got downstairs and some ppl were already at the carpark. Called my piano student, and her whole family reached the carpark. So we were waiting at the 7-11 store for news updates via handphones. News alert: Pls stay away from the beach Well, my house is just opp the East Coast...so i was joking to Greg that if tsunami comes, our house will just float on the water :PPP (Touchwood). It's quite farny, just before we went down, i grabbed my handbag with wallet, hp, keys and my wedding invitation cards which i have finished writing most of them today...Hahaha quite lame rite ;P Wanted to post them while waiting for news, but thought if the tsunami waters came, they'd sweep off everything...so i held on to them haha. So we were waiting downstairs and leg got bitten by mosquito...finally went upstairs after 7:30pm. Started piano lesson at 7:45pm for an hour.

Was busy writing my invitation cards this afternoon. Then this Fri have evaluation by my course instructors on the second book of the music course. Have to practise tomorrow singing and playing on my piano. Have done so on the electone last Monday.
