Morning after the Big Day

HI guys and gals! Blogging at AnD after my nice breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Guest Lounge on the 32nd storey :) I STRONGLY recommend Ritz Carlton for your wedding night stay :) It's great!

Was reading your comments to the "Eve of the Big Day" entry......im really BLESSED to have all of you....my tears were literally welling up when i saw your love and concern. BIG THANK YOU to your well wishes....if i could see u all in person, would love to give a HUG to each and everyone of you like i did yesterday at my church wedding.

The church wedding went great!!! Usually my dad who's perpetually late was first time early yesterday! Praise God~And my bridesmaid got 2 bouquet of flowers coz during the church rehearsal i was so worried as i have overlooked that part on bridesmaid holding flowers. Mr Cloudz said from the time the church doors opened, and the Sanctus (Libera) song began, and he saw the procession, he was welling up in tears. My cuz said his mum too....for me, it felt surreal, like i can't believe it's happening to me this time. And the veil covering made my vision even blurrer if there had been tears in my eyes in the 1st place. But i didn't cry. The choir sang This is the Day for the opening hymn, followed by As the Deer for offertory, He (God) for communion and We Give You Thanks for thanksgiving. Basically the whole mass proceedings, words, the 3 readings, and songs were handpicked by myself; including the various parties in charge of doing the readings, cantor, organist, vioinist everything...and it went exceptionally well. People were touched, and said that it was very meaningful to have a church wedding. The priest called us lovely; beautiful couple ;p Was so happy to have it with my loved ones around, and sharing this experience with you coz u're also my loved ones :) hee. blush  Am very thankful to God for His countless blessings on the beautiful wedding yesterday. It was lovely.

Yesterday's sequence of events was bridegroom came to gatecrash, get sabotaged by my 'sisters' and we adjourn to his place for tea ceremony to his family, then we took some photos at the Victoria Concert Hall/Fullerton area. One of them included standing in the middle of the road during a red light stopping (risking our lives for one single photo on our wedding day!). Then went to church for the wedding mass. Go back to my home for my side's tea ceremony, and since my wedding gown was SOOOO dirty after that, i decided to drop by my bridal couture to send it for dry-cleaning since my wedding banquet is this upcoming Thurs. Lastly, the rented Merc sent us to Ritz to rest our day.

Guess nothing beats photos to describe events. Am sure some of my friends have some photos, but once the official photographer or my friends share any photos, will post it up :)
