Paris hotel extension booked!!!

Very happy that Mr Cloudz has just confirmed a booking of a hotel for our extension stay in Paris for 4 nights in November. Staying at Best Western Eiffel Park Hotel, or Eiffel Park Hotel for short...it's just a 7 mins walk away from the Eiffel Tower :) That's great! Will be able to catch the gorgeous night lights when it lights up every 1st 15 mins of an hour as kindly mentioned by Midas hee. I'm very relieved he booked it coz guess wat? He was just asking me on MSN what hotel to book, then when i checked out my previous choice Hotel du Pantheon, it's FULLY BOOKED!!!! Oh my gosh...i was swearing...:P very worried...then when he asked how about this Eiffel Park Hotel, i checked the reviews...generally were positive, i said Hurry up book!!! When i tried to check out the rates from other websites, they said Unavailable...maybe he got the last room!!! Think a mth back the hotels were ok in availability...now a month's away...they're fully booked. A lesson learnt. Book hotels More than 1 mth in advance for Paris! and maybe other places too...I'm so glad and relieved...and this hotel is even nearer to the Eiffel Tower than my previous choice :) Happy wor.

Anyway just now went out to Orchard, ate curry pork cutlet rice at the Taka basement jap eatery which looks like it specializes in katsu stuff...it was $14 with miso soup, Mr Cloudz said it's exp...but it tasted nice hee. Bad Bad eating fried stuff again...somemore got pimple outbreak liao sighhhh...and now it's 12.28am bad bad....after that we walked around, and i bought 3 macaroons from Bakerzin at the taka basement also...chocolate, strawberry and rose (tasted a bit like bandung)...due to Hazel's influence (read too much about her green tea macaroons hehe)...cost $4 for 3. They told me there's a new branch opened at Wisma 1st floor, and we saw the things are a tad more exp than other outlets...sigh. Might as well eat at the Paragon one. Later on we walked to Lido to see if any movies...not much after Lust Caution NC16 version ....sigh. So we sat at the benches in front of the big screen to watch movie reviews, nice to sit there on a Thurs night when it's not crowded. Decided to watch Hunting & Gathering, a french show by Audrey Tantou (sp?) who acted in Pretty Dirty things also. Coz i tot since going Paris, must try to listen to more French, and pick up simple words on the way...i only managed to catch super easy peasy words which we already know...Bonjour, Merci...Oui...that's all :P tried to follow their french slang..haha. Anyone can teach me French please? Btw, how to go to the airport from hotels besides paying 50 Euro per limousine trip...that's like SGD100 bucks!!!!!! Peace~

Btw, big day is just next Sat, 8 days more....so close...
