Slept at 5.30am, so did my fiance, who worked OT...so that he could take leave today (Thurs) to accompany me on my free day. By the time we woke up was 12 plus...ate a bit, played some piano...then went to Marina Square for the POC movie. Happened to redeem my reward points for a free movie ticket, plus HSBC credit card got $1 off for GV movie tics. So total cost for 2 was $7. We went in at 5pm, came out at ard 8pm! Didn't realise it was so long...except for my bladder which is mildly bursting. But the show was good, had a nice twist that happened to Orlando Bloom's character, at least i tot it was better than Spiderman's dragginess (Comic lovers may disagree with me however).
Came out, wondering where to eat for dinner, then walked past the Centrestage saw UOB privileges for Spaggedies 1-for-1. So ordered a fish & chicken set and a crayfish & tenderloin set, too bad cannot order the lobster and chicken set anymore for the promotion :( Think the bill came to only ard $25, for 2 dishes. Pretty worth it. Speaking of promotions, also bought a new dress at one of the shops with closing down sales 50% (moving to AMK hub & Tamp), so the dress cost about $25, which can be worn for evening wear. When we were having dinner Al Fresco due to the lack of space at that time, there were fireworks spanning ard 5 mins, was wondering wat was the occasion, took a short video using my phone but couldnt zoom in, so very small the image, but could hear the sounds.
Then we went to Pacific Coffee at Raffles Link for coffee and tiramisu...quite a while since i had tiramisu, but too bad it's not drenched in alcohol like other shops...Bakerzin e.g.
Nice dating day today on a not so crowded day with movies, shopping, gd food and dessert, and of course with my baby.
