Planning for Stariel's 1 year old birthday

Today's 7/7, which means, just 1 mth plus more, Stariel will be turning 1. How fast...

And it means i have to think and plan her birthday. We have already decided it will be held at the community club below my in laws' place at the karaoke/function room. It will be buffet dinner catering. The thing is, besides my family, i have to think which friends i should invite....to keep it a close intimate affair which is very appealing to me, but at the same time, i dun mind inviting more friends....well well small headache...

Besides tat, im thinking of doing a simple montage on how she 'evolved' from birth to 1 year old using her existing photos...

Sigh and wat cake should i get? Wat favours (issit necessary? yes rite?) should i get?

Any suggestions/ideas?
