Student's gift & food cravings

This is a gift from my 4+ year old student in my group music class. The note addressed me as "Ms Young" tho it's actually Ms Yang...she apologized for taking so long to make this gift which i guessed was since the announcement of my wedding and honeymoon leave based on the picture, which is coloured by glittering stuff. It's really pretty sweet since it took much effort and from a 4 year old...of coz i dun dismiss the possibility that the mum might have helped. But it's the sweet thought that warms my heart. These are the unexpected rewards you received while teaching.

Previously have a number of gifts by students too-wedding gifts, teacher day's gifts, parting gifts and chinese new year gift?!?! Ranging from sunflower, furry toy flowers, porcelain wedding stuff from Precious Moments, handwritten/drawn cards of congrats and even an angpow??

Mm...topic to food. Didnt manage to eat my Jin Sha crabs, but close enough had creamy butter crab at this eatery called Lobster House along a mini red-light district near my place. Had venison, tofu in crab gravy and baby kailan in oyster sauce. I was dipping and wiping the butter cream clean using my mantous (fried buns)....felt kinda sinful man..

Last week my bro cooked fried cod fish with garlic, butter oat prawns, and he tried big prawn with wasabi mayo which turned out not bad, just a tad sweet. Liked the oats from the prawns.

Last Sun had my shepherd's pie at Coffee Club (brought AC100 to taka branch when she came to SG-see photo album), at Siglap branch near my parents' house. Just now had my Ruffles chedder & Sour Cream chips, one whole big packet :P bad bad, high salt intake :PP Then dinner at the hospital, ate 1 double cheese burger at Macs :P Unhealthy sia...

Now craving for sweet things after too much salty things...:P
