Game 3 - Lakers vs Celtics - Kobe Bryant

I'm no LA Times sportswriter but I just had to make this post. Game 3 kept me at the edge of my seat. I love the Playoffs. I really love the Finals. This was the series I hoped for, as a basketball fan in general- though you'd think I bleed purple and gold as an LA native. Maybe back in the day I did but I'm not here to discuss why my loyalty has faltered. My objective now as a viewer is to see some good basketball, but with slightly more love for LA than Boston. Lakers in 6 perhaps?.

Let's make this an ode to the Machine that Celtics fans and gamblers love to hate (can't forget that $100 million shot). There may be a handful of you trying to figure out what the f^%& is up with Sasha Vujacic's hair and his headband. Mystery solved: Thanks, Laker girl.
