This is my thoughts on the ten songs I composed from that I wanted to share here with everyone.

At the same time I hope to receive some of your feedback after listening to it, remember to leave me a message~

Today I'll share five songs first. Thank you my babies~

1)Bao Bei (Baby)Music: Karen Mok Lyrics: Zhang Yadong/Karen Mok Arranger︰Terence TeoProducer: Zhang Yadong"This is the first song from the album and also the first song composed for this project, the creative process was very special; one day Zhang Yadong showed me his first Chinese lyric composition, I thought it was very sincere, and direct. Afterward I told him why not let me compose music for it, this was also my first attempt at composing music while having the lyrics already. It was under these circumstances that we took the first steps starting this album. The melody of this song is very simple, the lyrics expressed are also very direct, and also runs through the whole album's creative direction. Actually, singing is just this simple, being able to use this type of simple music to touch listeners is what we always wish to achieve. "

2)Ai Mei LiAi Mei Li (Love Beautiful)Music: Karen Mok Lyrics: Francis Lee Arranger:Mac ChewProducer: Zhang Yadong"When I was writing this song, the feeling was like sharing my deepest secrets with my best friend, like sisters nesting on the sofa at night talking about joys or worries, chatting until we discover that there are many things that we can face with an open mind. Me and lyricist Francis Lee both had a common creative direction for this song, because he felt that everyone would have had this type of experience before, after the pain and happiness everyone will still get better. In the lyrics it's like experiencing the point of view of an angel looking upon people, it's a very special theme."

3)Er Duo Yao Jie Ke (Ears Need to be Quenched)Music: Karen Mok Lyrics: Francis LeeArranger: Lee AiProducer: Zhang Yadong"A very lively and happy style, this song was also composed in cooperation for NOKIA music platform, a song full of summer flavour; the meaning of this song is that our ears need good music to satisfy our needs, just like usually when we are hungry we need to eat something, when it's cold we need to wear clothes, that type of meaning."

4)Xi Zao Shi Chang De Ge (Song to Sing in the Shower)Music: Karen Mok Lyrics: Lin XiArranger: Song YangProducer: Zhang Yadong"I usually spend a particularly large amount of time in the bathroom, no matter if it's any hotel in the world or in my own house, in the toilet, in the bathroom this is the most private time. I will use this time to precipitate my thoughts, and often when showering, and washing my face, I will get a lot of creative inspiration, so the majority of my compositions occur here. And there are many songs in this album that were born here! Lyricist Lin Xi used this very original analogy, singing or doing anything in the bathroom no one will care what you do, all the feelings at that time only you will know, it's quite the food for thought. I myself can really understand the feelings written in the lyrics."

5) Du Yi Wu Er (Unique)Music: Karen Mok  Lyrics: Francis Lee Arranger: Kong De Xin Producer: Zhang Yadong"Music: Karen Mok, Lyrics: Francis Lee, Arranger: Kong De Xin, Producer: Zhang Yadong

This song is a dance-beat dance song, my aim when composing all the songs was towards simplicity and directness, even for this dance song, in the arrangement there is a strong 80s dance music feel; the general idea of this song has two different types of meanings, we are all an independent individual in this world, there is no one who is exactly the same as you; in addition, even though we may be searching for our other half, but when we are alone living by ourselves, we can live very carefree at ease. The main idea of this song is also the voice of women, we can still live beautifully by ourselves!"

1)寶貝曲︰莫文蔚 詞︰張亞東/莫文蔚 編︰Terence Teo監︰張亞東「這是專輯的第一首歌曲也是這個project的第一首創作歌曲，創作的過程非常特別；有一天張亞東給我看他的第一次中文歌詞創作，我覺得很真摯、直接，然後我就跟他說要不然讓我來譜上歌曲吧，這也是我的第一次在先有歌詞再譜曲的嘗試，我們就是在這個情況下開始了專輯的第一步。這首歌的旋律很簡單，歌詞的表達也很直接，也貫穿了整張專輯的創作方向，其實唱歌就是這麼簡單的事情，能用這種簡單的音樂去感動到聽眾就是我們一直想做的事情。」prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /

2)艾美麗愛美麗曲︰莫文蔚 詞︰李焯雄 編︰Mac Chew監︰張亞東「我在寫這首歌的時候，那種感覺就好像是跟我的好朋友一起分享心底話一樣，那種姐妹淘夜裡窩在沙發上說大家的歡樂或苦惱的心事，聊到最後發現很多事情都可以放開懷抱去面對。我跟填詞的李焯雄都對於這首歌有共同的創作方向，因為他覺得所有人都會有過類似的相同經驗，有苦有樂之後大家還是會好起來的。在歌詞中還可以看成以一位天使的角度來看世人的經歷一樣，是蠻特別的一種題材。」

3)耳朵要解渴曲︰莫文蔚 詞︰李焯雄編︰李愛監︰張亞東「很輕快開心的曲風，這首歌也是配合了NOKIA的音樂平臺而創作的，夏日色彩非常濃厚的一首歌；這首歌的意思是說我們的耳朵要有好音樂去滿足我們的需要，就像我們平常肚子餓了要吃東西，冷的時候要穿衣服的意思一樣。」

4)洗澡時唱的歌曲︰莫文蔚 詞︰林夕編︰宋陽監︰張亞東「我平常花在洗手間內的時間特別多，無論是在世界各地的酒店或者自己家裡也一樣，在洗手間、浴室內的時候就是最私人的，我都會利用這個時間把自己的思緒好好的沉澱，也往往在洗澡、洗臉的時候獲得很多創作靈感，所以我大部份的創作都發生在這裡。而這張專輯有好幾首歌曲都是在洗手間內誕生的！作詞人林夕用了這個很獨到的比喻，在浴室內唱歌或做什麼根本沒有人會管你，你當時所有感受只有你一個人才知道，蠻耐人尋味的。我自己是非常能體會到歌詞中所寫的心情。」

5) 獨一/無二曲︰莫文蔚  詞︰李焯雄 編︰孔德歆 監︰張亞東「這首是一首dance-beat的舞曲，我在創作所有歌曲的宗旨都是以簡單直接的方向為主，舞曲都是一樣，編曲方面有強烈的八十年代舞曲感覺；歌曲的大意是有兩種不同的意思，我們在世界上都是一個獨立個體，絕對沒有人和你是完全一樣的；另外我們雖然可能在尋找另外一半，可是我們獨自一個人的時候沒有其他人一起生活的時候，我們還是可以活得很逍遙自在，這首歌的大意也是都會女子的心聲，獨自一人還可以活得漂亮！」
