David Chiu Endorsed by Community Tenants Association

David Chiu, candidate for District 3 Supervisor, was endorsed today by the Community Tenants Association at a news conference in Chinatown at Bayside Senior Housing.  Founded in 1987, CTA advocates for the creation of affordable housing, the preservation of existing affordable housing, tenants rights, and housing policy.

“I am humbled and honored to receive the endorsement of the Community Tenants Association,” said David Chiu, candidate for District 3 Supervisor in San Francisco.  “As Supervisor, I will continue to work closely with community based organizations like CTA, to ensure affordable housing for District 3 and all of San Francisco, to protect our tenants, and to improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.”

David was joined by Community Tenants Association Board Chair Deng Qing Zhi, Community Tenants Association Board Member Li Cai Zhong and others in today’s announcement.
