We're finally here at the Sundance Film Festival. Rosa and I took the first two days going around to the various parties hooking up with friends and meeting new people. The weather is freezing cold here. The famous Egyptian TheatreThe festival in full swing. Crowds everywhere.Yesterday, the directors were invited to the Director's Brunch at the Sundance Resort an hour outside Park City. Robert Redford told us that the real Sundance is there and Park City is only a place they rent out.At the lunch, I met Sandra Oh, Quentin Tarantino whom when I went up told me he had been reading all about my film. He recognized me from the picture in the program. I also met and talked to one of my favourite stars Isabella Rossellini who directed 8 1-minute films festuring herself and they're playing in the festival. She was very nice and gracious.
We attended a panel featuring Doug Liman (Bourne Identiy) where they talked about editors and the making of their films. To finish the day off we saw U2 3D at the 1200-seat theatre where U2 minus Larry Mullen Jr. (drummer) came to present the film. The atmosphere was electric. The crowd screamed and all stood up when they came in.The EdgeFor video of Bono talking click ">below
