GRAVIS ‘THE BEAST’

A couple of big shoe companies have been collaborating with musicians; punk, rock and hip hop.  It seems that a lot of shoe companies aren’t focusing on heavy metal bands.  I remember quite sometime ago Joe (Babcock) from Gravis was telling me that he had a meeting with Dave Grohl (x-Nirvana drummer) and they were talking about doing a shoe together.

Fast-forward today, here’s what I received the ‘HOOVES’ from Gravis The Beast collection.

When I said Gravis is making a comeback and doing it right, you better believe it.  With Arto Saari, Dylan Rieder and Javier Mendizabal on board, there’s no way you say it’s not a legit skateboard shoes company.  Come on man,  what can be more legit than these 3 skateboarders.  Plus this Heavy Metal series of shoes, you can expect more and more good shoes to come.

These HOOVES (pictured) has a proper shape and comes out in high top only; honestly, it’s also super perfect for skating mini-ramp.  Just another option.

Keep an eye out for what’s coming out for Gravis footwear cause they got proper ill designers behind it right now! You better believe.
