I drew this guy out and the head is cool but I lost interest in finishing the body to the same degree. It bothers me to look at this and know that but I think it is still a cool concept.

Well it's based on the old renaissance Pope paintings where they are shown all pious in their portrait and the style is a bit Disney with a tiny bit more detail. He's just looking reverential but still a croc, he will eat things that dangle nearby.
