Hong Kong (3/24): Piano Lessons

The other day when I was walking around Tung Chung with my dad I happened upon a small flyer advertising piano lessons.  I had noticed that my apartment complex had piano practice rooms and was thinking about going down and getting in a bit of practice from time to time so this was rather fortuitous.  I jotted down the email address to check on the cost of lessons.

Shanghai (3/4-5): The Second Half

I should probably finish up the Shanghai trip blog before I forget what happened while I was there.

Truth be told, the rest of the trip was sort of a blur.  Not because it went by quickly, but because I was in such a mental haze for the next two days.

Hong Kong (6/05): Sleepless Kung Fu

Due to circumstances beyond my control (and its nothing realy worth blogging about) I was only able to get one hour of sleep last night.  Actually, it was more like this morning -- between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.

Hong Kong (1/8): Home Sick on the Anniversary

Today marks one year of me being in Hong Kong.  I moved to Hong Kong on January 9, which is tomorrow.  I guess today is one year, and tomorrow is the anniversary?  How does that work, excactly?  Meh .. whatever.

Hard to believe how quickly the past year went by, and hard to believe how much stuff happened over the course of that year.

Hong Kong (4/2): April Fool's?

So, I guess I don't know my own strength ...

First off, that last entry wasn't true.  It was April Fools Day.  Just assume that no one is telling you the truth on that day.

Hong Kong (5/27): 500 ARTIST PROFILES!

That's right!  We just hit 500 Artist Profiles.  I can't actually say we have 500 artists, since some of the profiles are for companies, associations or productions.  Actually, if you take those out then we have 452 artists.  And, I suppose if you take out the bands, since those are multiple artists, many of whom already have individual profile pages, then it goes down to 417 artists. 

But that's okay!  It's STILL quite a milestone to have reached 500 profiles!

Hong Kong (1/16): Quick Update

I've been pretty busy lately and haven't been on the site much.  In fact, I have 260 feeds backed up for reading and I can say with pretty much full certainty that I'm never going to get through them.  So, let's just pretend I did and I will start fresh from today, yes?

Hong Kong (1/28): Update and Stuff

Just an update of what has been going on this past week. 

1.
