A Marshacal Night Coming Soon

It's only less than a week before the opening night of,  A MARSHACAL NIGHT  and I'm trying my best to not get too stressed out….trying to find time to at least have a meal with friends and even watch a movie to not think for those 2 hrs.  I have literally been waking up singing songs in my head trying to make sure that I have everything all memorized and ready for the show.  The past week I was so anxious that I started to ask myself, "why are you doing this?"….clearly it is not for the money.  Doing my own show involves so much work and all I've ever wanted to be was the artist…I don't have to think about anything and I just do what I'm best at.  Well, the answer to my own question is that I'm learning what it takes to put on a show….which is making me a better artist.  To know how much work goes into a production and to appreciate all the people who are involved.  And, I know this from my first show in Jan, "Home Sweet Home".  I really felt this amazing sense of accomplishment…that something that seemed so impossible to me 10 years ago….could actually be possible.  So, ok….I need to remember that feeling when those negative thoughts pop into my head.  My close friend and family keep telling me…just focus on the performance…..but, there's no way that I can only do that since I have to worry about everything….
I'm still going to yoga in the mornings, teaching 9 classes each week, and still dancing….though, I have to remind myself that it's ok to skip a yoga class and sleep in once in a while.  Howard McCrary gave me a tip during Musical Moments a few weeks ago.  He told me that I should have 8 hrs of sleep before a performance.  That's a really hard one for me because I love to get up super early…but, I will try to follow that tip from now on.  
Anyways, if you have time to come watch my show.  Pls come!!!  That's another thing I worry about…ticket sales…hahaha…..so far we are doing very well for Friday night's performance.  I'm pretty sure it will be sold out soon.  But, I believe there are still a lot of tickets for Saturday!  I should say, I'm confident that will be sold out soon too!  So, just hurry and get your tickets!  
The show is basically about the different stages in my life and all the musicals that were significant to me in my life.
