Busy Bee

Wow...it has just been crazy lately!  I haven't had time to do anything lately!  Anyways....just want to briefly update on what has been going on in my life...so, I am still preparing for my project for this year....it's starting to pick up and I'm starting to feel like I don't have time for those extra French classes anymore!  So...I'm going to have to put an end to those for the time being....

I have been trying real hard to get myself in shape....now, most people know that I exercise every day..so, how do I do that?  Well...what I mean is actually technique-wise with dance....I'm trying to train myself to prepare for my big project in Sept.  SAVE the date!!!  SEPT 1, 2, 3, 4!!!  Choose which day you will come to support my show!  So, yeah...I've been taking classes and training myself...doing all the exercises that I HATE doing....I'm also training my vocals again...yes, they are a bit rusty.  AND, I have a new passion for piano....but, that is not ready for the public to see...hahahaa....I've actually been doing a little guitar with my worship team.....and my fingers are so hard now...they feel...let's just say...not very feminine....but, it gives me real satisfaction to feel the callous and think...yeah!  I'm practicing....though...it has been a week since I picked up the guitar!  I better get back to it!

I'm also composing some songs....which will be ready for the public by Sept!  So...I really really hope that people will come to support my show!!!  I will have a GREAT team on board with me.  My executive producer is Sabrina Foote, I have Ted Lo as my Musical Director!  Talk about lucky!  and I have Keith Hawley as my director/choreographer!!!  I'm really really excited!!!  And scared because this is the first time I will put my creativity to the test!  God be with me!

So....along with all of this excitement...I have continued my teaching...pole as well as jazz...and I'm actually really enjoying it.  I realize that it gives me the opportunity to make up routines and start to explore my creative abilities through dance...and it makes me improve as a performer.  So...all is well...and I feel blessed already this year. 

Oh, I just performed for PURE fitness' annual dinner last Sun. It was a really fun experience because I got to finally meet some of the other instructors...and I've made some good friends along the way....

I will be having my first press conference for "Les Illusions de l'amour" (my project, cabaret show title).  It is going to take place next week on March 11th at 3pm at the FCC!  I really need the support from fellow artists....pls come to support!!! 

Oh, and thanks for all of the early bday wishes!!!
