Hey there! It's been a while
since I had news to report. Why is that? Mainly, because we are getting
all our ducks in a row for our fall US theatrical release. Also I've
been busy traveling around the country and the world playing the film. Most
recently, I had an amazing time with the film at the San Francisco
International Asian American Film Festival. Cast members John Cho,
Lanny Joon, Hans Kim and Chil Kong also came up and as the locals say,
the whole thing was hella good. It was a great screening with a
sell-out crowd at the Castro Theater (which I am told has not happened
before). And of course all the folks up there at CAAAM really know how
to host a good time. We
should have more news about the film's theatrical release. But in the
meantime, there's a bunch of festivals coming up. If you happen to live
near the following cities, please join us and spread the word. Thanks! -Michael Kang(dir West 32nd) *** 8:15 PM, SATURDAY APRIL 19
