Just got the provisional cover back from Neal the designer who makes Impact look so great every month....and it looks good

The Jan issue is dominated by a review of "Legendary Assassin", the co-directorial debut of Wu Jing & Nicky Li from JC Team, its a full blooded martial arts flick and really harkens back to the days of classic mid 80's HK action....

We also talk to Tony Jaa and the team behind "Ong Bak 2: Electric Boogaloo" shortly before it hit the big screen in Thailand, it opened last week and is dominating the box office....

We also have the 2nd part of our Seasonal Films Retro as we look at the final (until now) English language actioners from Producer Ng See-yuen, "American Shaolin", "Superfights", and "Bloodmoon".

We also talk to American stunt legend Loren James, who in addition to being the stunt double of choice for no less an action icon than Steve McQueen, can also be credited with being involved in the creation of certain elements of Hong Kong styled wirework. The interview explains all.
