I love photography, because it forces me to be more appreciative of my surroundings. I walk through life with my eyes wide open. When I’m out on the streets taking pictures, I throw on a wider lens, muster up all the courage I can, strategize as quickly as possible, get over my own inhibitions, and walk up to a person and snap their picture. I have a new theme in my life: Honesty. Honesty to people who love me…but most importantly honesty to myself. So in honor of my new theme, I yelped a few tattoo places and started driving towards the one with the most stars.

I remember when I was little, I had barely learned how to read and write, but I was a firm believe of Santa Claus. So, like I had been taught in school and through my beloved movies, I made a list of all the things I wanted. I took a pen and paper and sat down to write my list by order or priority. In those days they taught us to write with pens that had ink cartridges inside of them. Got back into town Sunday eve. Had two seats on the flight home. That was great! It would have been even greater if the movies had actually played on everyone’s TV. It was down for 70% of the time. At least I could stretch out and take a good nap. Ha! Take that, Swiss Airline!
