i _helen, he is a beggar. a handicapped one. many poor people roamed the street and beg for money. lots of them use children as a bait...like the picture before of a woman and a child. they are also beggars. bangkok is full of life and stories to be told... i am working on a project about bangkok now.. should be really exciting...
