20180907 - Sunny and Good Day

Enjoyable day..... relaxed and appreciated.  Feel satisfied with activities.  Finished training class with full expression of thoughts.  In this busy city of people, though a mini-bus driver will hurry with his driving and urged his passenger to get on/off, still he was willing to turn his bus to pick up an old old man who was not able to respond properly.  
Feel contented that I managed to have the yummy food to fill in my stomach.  Feel blessed that we are safe in Hong Kong.  Feel the flexibility of living.  Feel to learn new thing.
