I am fighting back... i think whenever we get sick.. we have to take it as a sign and listen to our bodies and stop abusing. We have one body...one life...

Funny i never tend to get sick... i am a person who is always going.. and even when i feel a tad off..i am practical and just deal with it.

This week decided not to have a drop of alcohol.. and boy did i manage alright.

Shanghai was a killer on Thursday - it really was a quick in and out - i went for a press meeting about the new collection, new location, upcoming show in NYC..i covered alot of ground.. and then... interviewed a few potentials... gosh its really so hard to find the right candidate who is smart, quick, has fashion and biz sense and can help organize me....

Sipped on tea all day... and thank goodness my flight was not delayed tremendously like they like to..... and then they start handing out the lunch boxes... or better still...pot noodle...

i think i am getting used to the flight attendants also handing out a packet of pickles, piece of bun... some weird looking cold cuts... and sometimes a dish that looks like mixed up rice veg and pork...was not appetizing... the flight was something.. ignoring all of the smells that was churning my stomach..and i was trying to shut it all out of my head..

I was so happy to hear the xiamen airlines tune when we landed.. and i knew i was 20 mins from my bed...

Xiamen is not so bad if you have family.... or totally retired here... it was pleasant to go for a walk today after not getting around for a number of days..its cool to see all of the families and kids... and it makes me think .. how long can i endure this?..it lacks the perks and inspiration that i have taken for granted previously in other countries.... it has alot of beautiful scenery, beach and also they love to plant flowers for any occasion.. really can be a beautiful city to some..i wil post pics one day!

today i felt like bloggin and have come up with some potential ideas for new projects.. so i guess i am back!
