This was taken on the streets of Hong Kong, the day of my accident. Didn't know why it happened, couldn't believe it, felt like I had no control. Kind of like how the year went. Didn't use to be like that.
2018 has been a great year which I've learned a lot from. Incredible peaks and troughs. I've made many new friends and got closer to old ones. Gained a lot of knowledge and became wiser as a person. It was also a period during which I lost myself quite a bit. People around me telling me to behave a certain way if I want to fit in and just act more like the rest. When you lose the edge, you lose Rayve altogether. Motivation suffers, acting suffers, confidence suffers, life suffers. Safe to say it's a no-win for everyone when I'm not myself and a 2% version of a person I didn't want to be. Not regretting anything. Just really glad all that happened because it made me stronger as a person and I can promise you that the old Rayve is back and in his best version.
Can't wait for a new challenge in the new year.
