[at the rate of 30,000+ needless deaths among uninsured folks, pre - ACA, and about 10,000 now in the states blocking ACA.] Aetna pulling out of ACA in 11-15 states will probably signal the end of the current healthcare system... not ending ACA to go back to where we were before but rather to go to full-on single payer.
