Watch out Hong Kong. My newest project!

Most of you may or may not already know this but after 12 years and some change of touring and performing in big shows, small shows and everything in between, I decided to settle down somewhere and pursue other ventures to battle the dangers of complacency and boredom.

My search for a new home ended this past summer when I schlepped my way across an ocean to Hong Kong and decided this is where I'll be hanging my boxers up these days. What's a better place to do it than the "Fragrant Harbor"?

So in keeping with the spirit of Hong Kong and all the little gems it has offered me, I've been working on this new project that will hit the SAR pretty soon.

This will combine the people's fascination with good food, their competitive drive and my need to be an entrepreneur

Ladies and Gentleman, I present to you the next step to Hong Kong Family Entertainment.

BIRDING

Yes, BIRDING

Okay, okay.. I know, I know. You're all thinking. What is BIRDING? Well, you know what fishing is, right? Well, this is BIRDING.

With a team of like minded investors, we have allocated a portion of the old Kai Tak Airport Strip in Kowloon to start development of a Bio Dome to house thousands of the world's most exotic and domestic birds.

In the Bio Dome, tentatively named Flight of Wonder, we will install a series of artifical environments to mimic the natural homes of our birds.

This will be Phase 1

Once Phase 1 is complete, we will move on to Phase 2.

We've invited some of the top Michelin Rated chefs in the world to work in our in house restaurant, Wings of Desire, to develop some exciting cuisine for our visitors.

But what will they be cooking?

Okay, I promised our investors I wouldn't get into details but I'm too excited about this project.

Let me put it as simple as possible

You can come the Flight of Wonder

For a small fee you will be given one of our patented Bird Hooker and a guide map of our Bio Dome and all its beautiful and exotic residents!

Then you start BIRDING

But instead of casting into a large body of water like fishing, in BIRDING you will cast our Bird Hooker into the air and catch your own exotic bird!

Imagine the thrill of the chase! The adventure of chasing down and hooking your own Bald Eagle.

From there you'll be able to bring your fresh catch to our 5 Star Chefs at Wings of Desire where with their highly rated kitchen team will convert your hard work into a delicious food porn worthy work of art like this:

Enjoy it with nice a bottle of  Bordeaux, a 1787 Chateau Lafite perhaps?
