But I never thought the English cook better mussels than French or even Scottish / Irish - or cooking in general when I was living there???
Mind you, Cotswolds probably have the best chefs in ENGLAND besides some finest Chefs like Gordan Ramsay, Jamie Olivers and Marco Pierre White from London!
I want that mussels. BTW, the multiple arrangement of the photos is FAB!
