Banksy does New Orleans!!!

Banksy recently put up some new pieces in New Orleans and they're pretty cool.  They were done in response to the way the government has been handling the cleaning up after Hurricane Katrina. But putting up the new pieces had a draw back......

“Three years after Katrina I wanted to make a statement about the state of the clean-up operation............…Only later did it dawn on me that if you choose to do this by drawing all over their stuff, you’re actually only slowing down that clean-up operation.”
