鍛練目標 : 手臂二頭肌(老鼠仔)

1.雙手保持微曲,握著啞鈴。

2.呼氣,先將左手手臂屈曲,將啞鈴舉起,直至啞鈴到達胸前位置,稍作停頓再把啞鈴下降回開始時位置,同時右手手臂屈曲,將啞鈴舉起到達胸前位置。

每組做30次,進行3組。
