Something Unusual on an Usual Sunday…

On a lazy sunday afternoon, where mahjong sessions always prevail. It is unusual that there isn’t any.

So feeling bored, i decided to learn how to bake this delicious French Mushroom Cream Pie from my Shi-fu.

Trust me! I did the whole thing by myself. From the doughing of the crust, to the frying of the fillings…

And it is the first time i baked a PIE!

It tastes better than it looks!

I am so proud of myself and i m not eating humble pie…

I think i have the talent.
