Obviously what he was refering was the “Biggest match in Singapore’s Olympics History” , the Gold medal match between China and Singapore Women Table Tennis team event.

No contest as Singapore bowed out to China in less than 2 hrs.

What sadden me, and maybe a fraction of the Singaporeans is the fact there aren’t even a single Singaporean born SINGAPOREAN in the Table Tennis Women Team.

Yes, our flags are flying high on the Olympics podium since 1960 but what set me thinking is ” Are we really proud of it?”
