South Coast Martial Arts holds an annual martial arts camp long with other outreach programs throughout the year, but they're beginning to become quite costly. Please help us vote for the Pepsi grant so can maintain these wonderful and awesome events.
Here is a message from Joaquin Sahagun, co-owner of the gym...
"Hi Everyone!!!
This is Joaquin
The Walking Tall Foundation has signed up for a grant program through the Pepsi Refresh Project for our Youth Summer Camps and Outreach Program called "Kungfu Kids Camps". In order for us to win this grant we need to have our friends and supporters vote for our idea.
As you may or may not Know I am the President of The Walking Tall Foundation and we have been operating in west Orange county for the past 18 Years providing scholarships to underprivileged kids and Jung adults, as the economy has worsens we are forced to seek alternative funding, and here is what you can do to help.
To help us vote you need to go tohttp://www.refresheverything.com/kungfukidscampsand press on the vote button for our cause. It will ask for your e-mail address, name and birthday and you'll need to create a password. Please vote as often as you can (1 time per day) and the more votes we get the higher we move in the rankings. Only the top 10 receive funding and we're in the 200+ spot so we have some work to do. We hope we can count on you to help us reach out to the kids in our community and beyond and promote martial arts to all.
You could also send money and we will give you back a tax deductive receipt USA Only
