Too bad a lovely trip in Siem Reap is marred by delays! I'm not so upset about the actual delay, but with how AirAsia BIG staff is handling this. With a 4hr delay, a simple gesture of offering coffee for the inconvenience would be welcomed. Most flights offer meal vouchers or delay claims.

This request was denied by the station manager Srey Pich who suggested instead that it would be offered IF we had to stay longer than 4 hours.

Felt sorry for the ground staff who had to deal with everyone else's concerns but still had to protect the ones sitting in an office, too cheap to offer coffee.

They say accountability is such an important one in business and it is a shame that @airasiacrew refused to consider appeasing the customers.
