Adventures n' Happy Weds by Scottie.

I've been bombarded with work, but with every chance I get I do come on to alivenotdead and try to take breaks in between and enjoy the many friends/fans/superstars stories.   I've read some touching, some powerful, and some scary stuff, but its nice to know you're all ok!I have a bad  habit of just uploading instantly and clickin 'like on Facebook. hahahah.  So for those I haven't seen in a while I do owe you, yes Etchy, I will kick the habit and re-blog with all my randomness on Alive.  Where do I start?  Pictures and plenty of surprises.In the last year I've been working on probably the longest project ever.  Season 1 of Edison Chen's "EDC Untitled" t.v. program. I'd love to share more info on this, but I'm told to keep my mouth shut. Well, it has been delayed months after months, so I guess I could give a sneak peak? Basically we've been following the life of Edison or a.k.a EDC around the world.  I was brought in as a cameraman and we traveled to Singapore, Tokyo, New York, L.A, Portland, and a few months later I brought Derrick Fong onto the team and had quite a blast.  The closest thing you can actually see is what he posted on vimeo:http://vimeo.com/19071569andhttp://vimeo.com/18755005He was with 2 different crews during these times including us. He's quite a fashion player and has loads n' loads of connections in the design/ toy collectible biz, so it was quite fun to meet everybody and learn about what's hot. I'm a gamer, I probably still wear the same pair of shoes from a year ago.After filming I was asked to be a part of the editing crew and help flesh it out....boy, I had no idea it would last nearly this long.  It's nearly complete and not only in one language, but several so translations and re-cuts we're bound to happen.Derrick n' I also worked on a short film for him which will air on the 1st episode...some artsy fartsy stuff!  We had to run, literally!  Nothing like 2 out of shape guys panting.  In-between the studio n' home I've been working on other projects.  I'm not particular excited about this one I worked on  Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQaYReZ30BcThere is another video, but I'm too ashamed to show it. hahahahah  You can find it! The hint is what you just watched.  Shame on me I know, but the quality n' control was outta my hands.T-rex from Toy Story called me and asked him to be shot around Hong Kong, poor guy was tired and he had to have at least 5 people carry him...maybe he was too scared?In the park all alone.Eatin' some Chinese grinds.The whole thing was a photo shoot by harlim dijauhar winata.  I went to his studio and saw some insane photographs.  Check him out at www.glamfab.com.  Really an awesome guy to hang out with!  I Mean damn, just look at who he's shot!The company I normally freelance for have been nice enough to have Sony lend me the new  Sony F3.  This bad boy is heavy!  I only had 2 days with it and 1 day to really film, so I used justin as my test subject and shot a couple of sample stuff with him.  Maybe I'll post it soon?Interested? Nothin like a no budget with an expensive cam.This machine is a monster!! I love that is uses the same set up as the previous cams...unfortunately it'll cost you 25,000 u.s. ~~~!!! :OI decided to have a little fun and put all my cams together...little did I know they were all sony...HAHAHAH One big family.EDC had me fly out to Shanghai and shoot his adidas live show, which was a blast. I don't have any screenshots, but Derrick has plenty. Sharing this stage with EDC and mc Chef....the best part?
