AnD EVENT TONIGHT!!! Mimi's Leung's Guitar Art

Tonight at 6:00 is the opening of the 2nd installment of AnD's collaboration with UFO Art Gallery (39 Graham St. Central). I encourage any of you who can do it to come to the opening and support the artists.Mimi Leung's work is being represented by the three guitars she painted. I assembled all of them and I own two of them. Mimi's Telecaster and my Soloist My IcemanI will actually be attending the event tonight for a number of reasons.

1. It's an AnD event, and I like those. It's a rare chance to talk with people who get my sense of humor.

2. Mimi is in Australia so I have volunteered to represent her.

3. I want to be sure no one tries to walk off with any of the guitars.

4. I want to see if going to two art events in a week will make my head explode. I like to think of myself as gleefully anti-bourgeois, so art openings (or museums) are not usually on my social calendar.  So we'll see what happens.

I'm still sick a little though, so if I appear especially dopey or my hands are doing the Katherine Hepburn, please blame the medicine.Please support the artists and attend the event.I'll need someone to talk to!
