It's Sidney Chan, my goddaughter's father He used to work for the HK PPRB (Police Public Relations Board)and was the 'model' for this public service campaign.  This poster is all over Allied Plaza, and I've seen it in lots of other places too.

Remember: Definitelydon't steal a copy of Iron Monkey, because then he andhis wife will beat your monkey @ss.
